His track record spans start-up to scale-up across multiple regulated financial services businesses, with a consistent focus on compliant, technology-enabled operations.

Graham Rankin is Co-founder of Everyday People Financial Corp. and the architect of EPF’s UK operations. Graham has spent more than 20 years building and scaling debt recovery businesses across the United Kingdom, developing BPO Collections from inception into a market-leading receivables management operation. FCA-authorised and widely recognised as an industry trailblazer, he brings deep regulatory knowledge and a proven track record of ethical, high-performance collections at scale.

Mr. Boparai is the Chief Financial Officer of Everyday People Financial Corp. ("EP") and a key member of EP’s executive leadership team. With over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, he brings valuable expertise to EP. Joining EP’s team in 2020, Mr. Boparai has held positions as Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance. Prior to his tenure at EP, he contributed his skills at MNP Ltd. (formerly The Bowra Group Inc.), a licensed insolvency trustee, focusing on corporate insolvency and business restructuring. Mr. Boparai’s proficiency lies in revitalizing insolvent businesses and executing effective business restructuring strategies. He is also a registered Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada.

Mr. Glombick has 25+ years in corporate banking and M&A across Western Canada. Held senior leadership roles at CIBC World Markets and ATB Corporate Finance, managing large corporate relationships and completing multiple significant transactions. As Market Leader and Managing Director at ATB Edmonton, grew the Corporate Finance practice from a small team to 55 professionals managing over $10 billion in assets. Graduate of the University of Alberta School of Business.
